PMS OR PASTEL COLORS: Please note that in order to match a specified Pantone PMS or pastel color printed on dark colors of vinyl, a white background is usually required, resulting in an additional color screening charge. Generally, when selecting an ink color for printing on vinyl, an ink darker than the vinyl should be selected. We will advise you upon receipt of your artwork and order.
CAMERA READY ARTWORK OR DISK MUST BE FURNISHED: If artwork is not in digital format, we can make adjustments to your supplied clean and sharp black & white artwork with specific instructions regarding location and placement at no additional charge. If extensive layout and art creation is necessary, our charge is $40.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $40.00. We will notify you in advance before we begin if extensive work is required.
REDUCTIONS OR ENLARGEMENTS: No charge for artwork supplied as digital file in PC format. Non-digital artwork - $10.00
PROOFS: Laser paper proofs, if requested, will cost $10.00 per color. Screened proofs on the material to be used (vinyl or poly) will cost $45.00 for the first color and $10.00 for each additional color. If screens have to be remade after screened proof is shown, the charge will be $40.00 for each screen that must be corrected.
PRODUCTION SAMPLES: Screened material made up into a finished unit for $65.00 with one color copy: add $10.00 for each additional color.
INK COLOR CHANGE: Each ink color change (with same copy) $10.00 per color.
HALFTONES OR SCREEN TINTS: Minimum charge $25.00 for camera work, could be greater depending on copy furnished. Depending on area, we usually print separately and charge an additional color.
