1. Contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. To ensure that we follow your custom requirements to your exact specifications, we will fax an order specification sheet for your signature approval. Please complete and fax back to (304) 296-7707.
2. E-mail your single color artwork to us. Artwork requiring 2 or more colors require that you send an actual disk along with a color printed sample to size.
3. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal .
4. We ship F.O.B. Shipping Point within the Continental U.S. only. Actual shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. We do not ship C.O.D.
