Copy/Artwork Requirements   
• Copy must be supplied on disk or via e-mail.

• Files must be to size (8-7/8" x 11-7/8") with NO LESS THAN 1/8" bleed (if necessary).

• Live copy must not be within 1/4" of any edge or fold.
