AQUEOUS COATING Aqueous coating is available in gloss, matte or satin. The cost is that of an additional ink color. Aqueous coating is suggested on coated stocks that have heavy coverage or screens printed. Aqueous coating seals ink for faster drying process and may be required on folders requiring shipment in less than five days from order date.
ARTWORK Unless the customer requests, IN WRITING, to have them returned, artwork and disks will be destroyed 24 months from the date of receipt.
BINDING STRIPS Binding Strips are available for $0.27 each, and must be added to the covers' base price. These 11" strips are available in black or white. They slide on easily and are a very economical binding alternative.
BUSINESS CARD SLITS Optional H-1 (horizontal), V-2 (vertical), and E-1 (either horizontal or vertical) business card slits are included in the price if requested. Special slits are available at a $25.50 additional charge. 4" x 9" and 6" x 9" folders may use only the E-1 business card slit.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS Cancellation after order is in progress or materials which have been ordered will require payment for work performed or re-stocking fees incurred (to be invoiced by us). Changes to orders in progress may or may not require additional costs. These costs will be determined on an individual basis.
COPY PREPARATION Quoted on request from submitted art or mock-up.
COST ESTIMATES Provided without having seen final art and specs are tentative to receipt and approval of same.
DAMAGED GOODS Claims against carrier for cartons damaged in transit or carton shortages are the responsibility of the consignee. Factory will provide documents or information to assist. Call for authorization to return any shipments. Claims are not processed over two months after delivery.

EMBOSSING Blind Emboss 24 sq. in. is a base price shown on each item and includes a single level blind (no ink) embossed area no larger than 24 contiguous square inches and any Base Group Paper, placed anywhere on the front cover, back cover or inside pockets. The price of the die and ground freight to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States is also included. The combination of your artwork and paper choice will determine the maximum amount of "lift" allowed in your embossed design. While there is no additional charge for registering to print, it will require an extra charge for the printing itself. For areas greater than 24 square inches, an additional charge will apply. For the use of special embossing techniques such as combination, domed or sculptured dies, contact one of our customer service representatives for additional information and lead times. All dies remain the property of the manufacturer. Base price includes a one-time rental fee.
FILM Sending film will incur an additional cost of $25 per color. Only composite negs will be accepted - all images properly positioned and color separated with crop marks and registration marks.
FOIL STAMPING Foil Stamped 36 sq. in. is a base price on each item and includes a flat stamp no larger than 36 square inches for up to two areas of foil on the same sheet side. Also included are any Base Group Paper, stamping die, one standard foil color, and ground freight to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Standard foil colors, including stock holographic foils, are included in the price. The price of foil areas larger than 36 square inches is at an additional charge. While there is no additional charge for registering foil to print, it will require an extra charge for the printing itself. The use of non-standard foil colors or combination dies is an additional cost so please consult with our customer service representatives. All dies remain the property of the manufacturer. Base price includes a one-time rental fee.
INK Any Pantone Matching System® (PMS®) ink is available at no extra charge. Orders not specifying a PMS® color will require a color match. Color match is an additional $100.
LAMINATE Laminate One Side is an add-on price. It includes gloss lamination of 1.2 mil to the front cover, back cover and inside pockets. Film lamination adds maximum durability to any folder, while its high gloss greatly enhances graphic images and the folder's overall appearance.

OVERRUNS OR UNDERRUNS Due to the number of production processes involved in the manufacturing of your custom folder, it is not possible to determine the exact quantity we will complete.
1. "Standard Trade Practice" - You will be billed for the exact quantity shipped not to exceed 10% over or under the quantity you have ordered. 2. "No Overs" - It is possible your order could run short by more than 10%. You must request this in writing. 3. "Exact Quantity" or "No Less Than" - Add 10% to the price of your order for the special handling involved. You must request this in writing.
PAPER STOCK Our stock papers include our Base Group Papers, Group 1 Papers, Group 2 Papers and Group 3 Papers. Base Group Papers are included in the base price. For other paper groups, you must add the appropriate price to the base price. For special papers not inventoried, call for special pricing. Please call for availability of all non-stock papers.
ORDER FORM - SPECIFICATION SHEET To insure that we have complete instructions to produce your custom folder to your specifications, all orders must be submitted completed with date and signature using OUR ORDER FORM. Telephone orders are not accepted. You may mail, e-mail or fax this form to 724-229-8211. We will confirm upon receipt. Production time schedules begin the day after we receive all required artwork files, order form, approved credit application (if applicable) and proof approval (if proof is requested). Please note that credit applications usually require a 5 day window for approval. Please allow sufficient time for processing on subsequent orders.

PRINTING One Color Printing is a base price shown on each item and includes printing on the front cover, back cover, and inside pockets up to 30% coverage. Any PMS® color and any Base Group Paper may be used at no additional cost. Free ground freight to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States is also part of the base cost.
Two Color Printing is a base price shown on each item and includes all of the features of one color printing plus you get a second PMS® color of your choice. Tight registration is available with no additional cost.
Four-Color Process Printing (CMYK) is a base price shown on each item and includes printing on the front cover, back cover, and inside pockets up to 100% coverage, any Base Group Paper, and free ground freight to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Disks and e-mail must meet our standard requirements. We will run to standard color densities. We can send you a proof of your digital files at standard proof prices. When submitting artwork, please ensure that your color selectors are set to CMYK, not spot or PMS® color. If printing four-color process or full-coverage ink on a coated sheet, please be aware that this process requires a varnish, UV coat, or laminate - all incur additional costs.
Additional Ink Color is an add-on price. It must be added to the base printing price and cannot be added to the base foil stamping or embossing price. It includes printing on the front cover, back cover, and inside pockets up to 30% coverage. Any PMS® number can be used and all prices include tight registration and bleeds. This charge may also be used for printing above the pockets on any folder or on the file tabs. Aqueous coating in matte, satin or gloss finish is also available at the additional ink color price. With maximum ink coverage we recommend aqueous coating to seal the ink to the sheet and prevent scuffing or scratches.
Heavy Ink Coverage is an add-on price. It must be added to the base printing price. It is used when printing more than 30% coverage on a folder. You may use solids, screens, or reverses on the front cover, back cover and inside pockets of the folder. This line is used only once per order even if more than one color has greater than 30% coverage. You may use up to 100% coverage on the front cover, back cover and inside pockets. Printing heavy coverage on a coated sheet requires a varnish, aqueous, UV coat, or laminate - all of which are additional costs.
MULTIPLE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESSES If multiple customization processes are required, i.e., one or two-color imprint plus embossing or debossing, please contact our Customer Service Dept. for a quotation. Our on-line price guide was designed for only one specific type of imprint i.e., one OR two color OR foil OR embossing. The on-line price guide includes the folder cost for each of these imprint processes.
PRODUCTION TIME Approximate production time is noted for each item. Items requiring special quotes vary in production time and should be confirmed when obtaining your quote. Production days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that "Standard Production Times" are approximate. Quoted production time does not begin until proof (if requested or required), has been approved (and returned, if color proof). Exact production time varies based on processes involved. Guaranteed deliveries with 48-Hour, 72-Hour and 96-Hour delivery times are available on many items via FedEx service at additional charge.

You must respond to your proof in writing. Color correcting is quoted on an individual basis. We reserve the right to require new, corrected files on any project. For proofs on standard dies, please allow up to two days for production of the proof. For proofs on custom or new dies, please allow up to one week for proof production. All proof charges include next day air afternoon delivery service in the cost. Quoted production time does not begin until proof has been approved (and returned if color proof). If your folder is out on proof for over a month, we reserve the right to cancel the order and bill for work done.
REDOS/ERRORS In the case of errors, our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product manufactured. Additionally, when re-dos are warranted, we will produce the product according to original specifications, without alterations. If changes need to be made on a redo, these will incur additional costs and are subject to approval by the manufacturer.
RIGHT TO PROMOTION We reserve the right to use, in our advertising, any items we produce, unless you specify otherwise, in writing, at the time you place your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION Free shipping by ground transportation is included on all folders to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Customers from other locations will have freight added to their invoices. Please note on your order if you cannot receive truck shipments or you need any special considerations. Once your order leaves our production facility we have no control over and cannot guarantee specific-day delivery. Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air are also available from your specified carrier for an additional charge. Air freight charges will be added to your invoice. We offer a Guaranteed Delivery program via FedEx on many items at additional charge. Refer to the In-Transit Time Schedule for approximate ground shipping time. Charges for address changes due to an incorrect "Ship to" address will be invoiced separately.
SPINE PRONG ATTACHMENTS Spine Prong Attachments are an add-on cost to the base price. They are available in white with three prongs.
UV COATING UV Spot Coating is an add-on price. It must be added to one of the base prices. This price is for coating the front cover, back cover and inside pockets. Coating can be applied only on enamel or clay coated papers such as SBS and Colored Cover. This thin plastic coating adds little to the durability of the folders; however, it does protect the color and adds considerably to the folder's appearance. UV coating will show fingerprints on large areas of dark ink. However, a light wiping can easily remove the prints.

TERMS
Custom folders may be paid for by company/organization check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. NO COD's are accepted. FIRST TIME customers must send PAYMENT IN FULL or via Credit Card with their first order. To apply for an open account, you must have your credit approved by completing OUR CREDIT APPLICATION. If an open account is established, payment in full must be received in 15 days from the date of invoice. Invoices are mailed or faxed promptly after shipment of product. Finance charges are 1.5% per month on the TOTAL unpaid balance. We reserve the right to demand payment in full on any job before starting production. A past due balance prohibits the production of a new order. We reserve the right to refuse any job. There will be an extra charge for rush orders. Artwork cannot be returned to customers who owe a past due amount. Returned Checks and Improper Credit Card Chargeback will incur an additional $25 charge.
