HOW TO ORDER
1.
Contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. To ensure that we follow your custom
requirements to your exact specifications, we will fax an order specification
sheet for your signature approval. Please complete and fax back to (724)
229-8211.
2.
E-mail your single color artwork to us. Artwork requiring 2 or more colors
require that you send an actual disk along with a color printed sample to size.
3.
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. Approved company purchase orders, with
signature, faxed to us with agreed Net 15 Days payment terms are accepted with
approved credit application for new accounts. (This may delay your order pending
approval).
4. We
ship F.O.B. Shipping Point within the Continental U.S. only. Actual
shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. We do not ship
C.O.D.

include printing on both outside front and back covers as well as inside
